Equity and equal opportunities

Equality is a legal concept, enshrined in the Spanish Constitution, which can be summarised as “equal opportunities”. For its part, the concept of “equity” implies providing each person with the tools to develop to his or her full potential. Global legislation, and specifically Spanish legislation, has been promoting them since 2007 through Law 3/2007 on Effective Equality between women and men and the recent Royal Decrees 901/2020 of 13 October, which regulates equality plans and their registration and modifies Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 May, on the registration and deposit of collective bargaining agreements and agreements and Royal Decree 902/2020, of 13 October, on equal pay for women and men.

Our method:

Analysis

Our process is very transversal. We analyse everything from the selection process, recruitment and dismissal to the company’s remuneration policies. This is very sensitive data for companies, so we treat it with the utmost confidentiality.

Strategy

Experience tells us that the Plan is a very powerful tool for organising and bringing coherence to the business transformation towards a more human vision. This is why we are working closely with the management team, which has a new commitment to people, and why we have set up a committee to guide the development and implementation of the plan.

Planning and development

We plan the measures that the company will launch over the next four years. To this end, we support the Human Resources area, but also Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Occupational Risk Prevention and Health, Training, Internal Communication and, of course, Management.

Negotiation

We take care of facilitating negotiation between the different parties involved in it, participating in the Negotiating Committee which, once the document is signed, becomes a committee for monitoring and evaluating the plan.

Follow-up
